The personal data in archived for business and marketing purposes, for the use of feature and services offered by our website, to handle request and reports by our users, to newsletter subscription, to manage the job applications receiver through the website, etc. Personal data are processed both in paper and electronic form and entered into the company information system in full compliance with EU Reg. 2016/679, including security and confidentiality. Sync Lab is inspired by the principles of correctness of treatment. Sync Lab, process the data to answer to specific requests and to provide information, activities and services, as well as to comply with administrative and other mandatory regulations under current national law or by virtue of decisions of the European Union and kept for the time imposed by these disciplines.
Personal data are processed mainly electronically and are stored within our management system. Appropriate security measures take place, to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. To communicate and respond to users in relation to aforementioned activities, contact details provided by the user are used. No decision-making process based solely on automated processing of data of the interested parties is applied.
The data are processed on the basis of the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party, or of the consent given, or on other equivalent mechanisms permitted by law as the "legitimate interest" (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f, GDPR and recital C47, GDPR). In particular, the legitimate interest of Sync Lab consists in keeping the relationship voluntarily established by the user active and informing the same about new activities, new products, new services, etc.

The persons who are authorized to process data are those who are in charge od Sync Lab’s services, sales, marketing, administration, information and data security systems, management and staff recruitment, etc. The data could also be processed by external managers as well as third parties for management an instrumental purposes as orders management and administrative tasks, and, for what is not explicitly indicated, required the information to be provided pursuant to art. 13 GDPR.
If explicit and specific consent has been given by the customer, personal data may be disclosed to third-party companies operating in collaboration with Sync Lab.
The management and storage of personal data takes place on servers located within the European Union, on servers owned by Sync Lab and / or by third-party companies appointed as Data Processors. In any case, it is understood that Sync Lab, if necessary, will have the right to move the management and / or storage to non-EU countries. In this case, The Processor ensures that the transfer of data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, stipulating - if necessary - agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and / or adopting the standard contractual clauses required by the European Commission.
The personal data provided in the context of all the aforementioned activities will be kept for the necessary period to process the practices and requests and for the periods imposed by laws, regulations or community regulations, especially in administrative and tax matters. Furthermore, for all other purposes not specifically regulated (job requests, collaboration, etc.), the data are kept in our archives for the necessary period to keep the established relationship, but for a period not exceeding a year. Obviously, this retention period will be interrupted when the customer expresses the desire not to have further relations and / or information from Sync Lab, communicating it as explained below. Subsequently, only if deemed necessary, the data will be anonymized for statistical purposes and then destroyed, unless otherwise required by the supervisory authority, law enforcement and judiciary. Therefore, they could be kept for longer periods in cases of disputes, for the purpose of defending or asserting a right in court, both by the Owner and by the interested party.
Pursuant to art. 15-22 of the GDPR 2016/679, by writing to Sync Lab at the postal address Sync Lab Srl - Via G. Porzio, 4 - Centro Direzionale, Is. B8 - 80143 Naples or to the e-mail addresses privacy@synclab. it, dpo@synclab.it, the interested party can exercise with reference to his personal data the rights of: access, rectification, withdrawal of consent, cancellation and oblivion, limitation of treatment, opposition to treatment for legitimate reasons. At any time, the interested party can request a complete and updated list of data processors and third parties to whom the personal data may be disclosed. The interested party has the right to make a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which in Italy is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (www.garanteprivacy.it).
